Barry was very pleasant to speak to on the phone and came across like a nice chap. He replaced a shower head after he helped me source one for a good price online. He then diagnosed another problem with the water temperature and insisted I source and purchase the required cartridge. I made it very clear that there is limited time for me to return the cartridge if it doesn't fit, so I was really surprised that despite agreeing a day and time to return he has now left us in the lurch after deciding he didn't want to pay to park outside my property. Very odd behaviour, feel very let down.

create a smooth experience for both our clients and our service
providers, and we regret that we fell short of that expectation in your
case.
As per our usual protocol, parking was to be arranged by providing a
parking permit. I had requested a parking permit before, and the client
assured me that she would look into it, as I mentioned that all my
customers typically provide it. Despite a one-week notice, we did not
receive the necessary assistance with parking arrangements.
We did however try to pay for parking on the day via the Ringo service.
After a 25min attempt the service malfunctioned and wouldn’t recognise
our vehicle registration number and payment.
The clients tenant suggested she would keep watch and sit in our van
while we carried out the work . We were not happy doing that and as a
result had to abort the job, so we were not late for our next
appointment. The inconvenience you experienced could have been avoided
if a parking permit had been provided.
