    Marcus came round to plumb in my dishwasher

    From talking to Hannah on the phone, to booking the appointment, and subsequent contact in trying to ensure I was home for the appointment. I have found Pure Gas a pleasure to deal with. Marcus, the plumber, was waiting for me when I got home, removed his shoes on his way into the house. Was professional and polite. A fairly easy quick job and on completion asked if I needed anything else doing. So he tightened my kitchen tap and waste, showed me how to re-pressurize my heating system in order to resolve an issue with my towel rail. All in all great service and two lovely members of staff.

    Oil Boiler Installation

    We had a new oil boiler installed by Pure Gas and the service was excellent. Marcus, Declan and Ben were extremely respectful working in our home for the week, ensuring the house was left clean and tidy at the end of every day. We were kept informed of the progress and the work took exactly as long as we were told initially. Would recommend and will continue to use for servicing going forward.

    Overhaul heating system & new boiler

    We cannot speak highly enough of everyone we dealt with at Pure Gas; all were professional, competent and customer-focused. A special shout-out to Ben for his energy and commitment to solving our long-running central heating issues. Many thanks to all. We do not hesitate to recommend Pure Gas.

    sorting out why gas boiler making strange noises and not working

    Yes, the lady in the office was polite and efficient. The engineer came at the time he indicated, was friendly and polite and efficient, although the boiler still rattles more than any other boiler I have known! He resolved the problem within the call out hour.

    New boiler and water/gas pipework

    At first seemed professional, but after less than a month of having the system fitted the boiler would work intermittently. Shower runs cold after about two mins of being hot, issue is getting worse and is now affecting other taps in the house. Temp control faulty also. Puregas originally blamed the boiler manufacturer who came to check the boiler which was fine, then tried charging an undisclosed £90 to say they don’t know what the issue and without fixing and now is not responding. Would not recommend.

    New boiler

    My previous boiler would not turn off one night and I had to switch off the electric supply. I told them this when he came to quote for the job. he said that I need a system boiler not a combi boiler and said he could add a new feed for a shower so that it was fed by my immersion heater. Exactly the same thing happened to the new boiler. Immediately people suggested a problem with a programmer. The system does not come on and off as programmed. He does not see this as his problem as was paid to fit a boiler. Won't send an engineer out unless I book additional work as probably my fault.
