Spencer is a knowledgeable and dedicated professional who did a wonderful job cleaning my Mother’s carpets yesterday. The whole house seemed refreshed afterwards, the carpet not only clean but fluffier. He was kind and accommodating to my elderly Mother’s needs which I was very grateful for too. Spencer called me within minutes of my enquiry and booked me in within 48 hours notice as I had been let down by someone else. Spencer is lovely and the carpet cleaning was unbelievable. Stains from years ago had disappeared and the whole house smells fresh. I don’t know what wizardry is in those machines but I never thought our 10 year old carpet could look so good!
