Great service from quoting through to installation. i had the Hague Maximiser 7180 installed along with a Compact 75 GPD reverse osmosis system for drinking water. Very neat installation yesterday and so far very pleased. no doubt we will notice the real effects of softened water in the coming weeks. Thanks Pure Choice!

Everything about my experience was positive. When I phoned and left a message I was promptly phoned back. A quote and installation day was quickly agreed. The date was stuck to and the work carried out as expected with the old system taken away. The whole experience made me realise how far below grade most other companies are these days. 10 out of 10 rating.

We asked Pure Choice to take a look a water softener system we inherited in the house we bought. To say we were suspicious of the system was an understatement, Pure Choice confirmed that it needed replacement and after a comparative quote from another company we decided to go ahead with Pure Choice. It was booked in quickly, the work completed to high standard, open and transparent, and very friendly. All in all super pleased.

Pure Choice were brilliant to deal with from start to finish. We had a home visit from Michael to go through our options and check how it would work in our house. There was absolutely no hard sell and were given the price - which was competitive - at the end of the meeting. The man who installed it - unfortunately we can’t remember his name - was also very efficient and friendly as well as neat and tidy in his work. The softener works brilliantly and we are very pleased with every aspect of the work. We’d highly recommend this company to anyone.
