From the 1st contact with Pure Choice to the installation and completion it’s been a pleasurable experience. Everything was explained well, the Quote competitive, and lastly, the install professional and polite. I’m really pleased and more importantly so is the wife!

I called them to repair my water softener, the “engineer” make a test in the water and take the water softener out… fiddle a bit and say it has no repair… paid his fees he left trying to sell me a better water softener… called another guy and he repair it!!! He did bother to open the water softener and see what was the broken part, exchange it and voalaaaa water softener as new!

Tim fitted the water softener. He had been briefed on the installation but went through it all with me. Apart from being a very nice man he was thorough, diligent and did a great job with everything cleared up at the end. Would certainly use again.

Great service from quoting through to installation. i had the Hague Maximiser 7180 installed along with a Compact 75 GPD reverse osmosis system for drinking water. Very neat installation yesterday and so far very pleased. no doubt we will notice the real effects of softened water in the coming weeks. Thanks Pure Choice!

Everything about my experience was positive. When I phoned and left a message I was promptly phoned back. A quote and installation day was quickly agreed. The date was stuck to and the work carried out as expected with the old system taken away. The whole experience made me realise how far below grade most other companies are these days. 10 out of 10 rating.
