  Stuart responded to my WhatsApp message promptly at 9:45pm, and by 12:30pm the next day he was at my home diagnosing the root cause of the issues with my toilet cistern and the leak. He worked efficiently and confidently, and even took the time to look at my kitchen radiator and bathroom fan, offering straightforward, cost‑effective solutions for both. I’m genuinely impressed with his expertise, speed, and professionalism. On top of that, he’s a great character who clearly takes pride in getting things done properly. Highly recommended.

  Stuart was absolutely excellent at helping me sort out my boiler issues. He was quick to respond, friendly, reliable, and made the whole process easy. He is also an honest person and he didn’t charge me when he couldn’t initially fix the issue without it needing a boiler replacement after trying, he then offered reasonable prices to get a new one put in. He is truly passionate about his job and the work he does, and he is very pleasant and friendly in his conduct. I wouldn’t hesitate to use his services again and can’t recommend him enough. He’s a stellar guy who provides a stellar service!

  Absolutely amazing - best service ever

  What an amazing honest, reliable and efficient service. New boiler fitted after assessing and providing honest feedback on our problem. We were given loads of great advice and additional help which is a rare thing these days. Absolutely would not use anyone else.

  We have had Stuart in for a number of jobs over the years: shower installs, tap replacements and fixes, toilet fixes, heating system flush, boiler service, stop tap install, and a few other things I have forgotten! Having been let down by a number of plumbers over the years to find someone as good as Stuart has been a real gift. His punctuality, time management, communication and work ethic are all excellent. He is very dependable and I've never had to do any call backs after a job. He's a lovely guy who cares about both the quality of his work as well as the people he does the work for.

  Smart Thermostat issue
