We had a couple of new style, IKEA Pax wardrobes delivered and later, realised the frames were too heavy to for us to get upstairs. As Purdey and son were local, I rang Joe to see if he could get a couple of big, strong lads to come round to help. He arranged for two, helpful and cheerful lads to come round the same day (after finishing a long shift) who had to be forced to take a drink for their trouble. Joe really is a superstar for getting us out of trouble and he didn't even charge us. We would have no hesitation in recommending Joe and the boys, a totally honest and helpful company.

Amazing experience with Joe and his team when moving house. We had a rather unique experience (more like nightmare) when our completion fell through on the day and we had to reschedule multiple times very last minute. Joe managed the situation like a true professional. He sorted everything out for us to minimise the stress of what had happened. The team who packed and unpacked our things were fantastic. Friendly and focused on the job. I would 100% recommend and I am truly grateful to the team.

Great service from start to finish. The initial video call made sure that we got the right sized van, and then on the day before when we became worried we had too much, Joe was extremely patient as we did another call to double check. Mark and Alfie were great at both ends, barely stopped all day and all with a smile on their face. Cold, rainy conditions but they made sure to keep the mess to a minimum.

A quick response from Joe asking a couple of queztions about the move. A comprehensive and easy to understand quote provided. Names of movers provided in advance. Arrived on time and very friendly. As close to having a couple of mates help as possible. Loading and unloading very smooth, including shuffling things around to fit.

Joe's troops undertook my house move on 11 December 2025, and did an outstanding job. We didn't have much money to throw at this (so we did our own packing, for which Joe helped source the materials), and Joe's move quote was a little higher than another, but the service was truly excellent - the guys were really helpful, knowledgeable, flexible and hardworking - frankly I'd use them again now without bothering to research elsewhere, as there's no point - which is the best compliment I could pay.

Really great experience. Super easy to communicate with and very helpful for setup. The movers were on time, very quick and very reliable. Would highly recommend
