The Surface Water drains here were blocked. We cut an access window in the old Vitrified Clay pipe flowing from the RWP, and found that it was full of roots. We excavated to replace the pipe with new 110mm uPVC pipe, with a Bottle Gully for future ease of access. We found an internal 68mm pipe had been forced into the old 4” VC underground..
