There were major issues with water-logged soil beneath half of the lawn at this new-build property. Upon excavating we discovered an old solid concrete road (?) underneath the lawn (!). The only option was to install a French Drain, connected to an existing SW system (Catchpit), leading off-site to a large Soakaway.
