This new-build property had a small 300mm Access Chamber that had been poorly installed. There was no concrete footing, no haunching on the riser, and no concrete collar for the cover... It had been installed on soil, with soil backfill - NO shingle whatsoever. It had sunk causing adverse fall, causing sewage to collect in the chamber and not flow away... We excavated, levelled it out, and re-installed correctly.
