This property had sewage leaking from the base of a failed VC rest bend, which had a 1 1/2” pipe linked to the cracked Cast Iron SVP with a collar (sloping up-hill too (Adverse fall) ). Pukka Drains do not use these collars as they always leak. The Cast Iron SVP had expanded over the years and fractured the VC rest bend to the point it failed. We installed a new bottle gully with removable trap, for future access to the drains. Re-instated Patio.
