This job was for a pre-purchase CCTV Survey of all drains at this property. Quite often CCTV Surveys involve trying to find and uncover buried Manholes. These usually haven’t been opened for many years and are often hidden beneath overgrown bushes, trees, etc. On the other hand, you get old internal covers which again, haven’t been opened in many years, and the bolts that are holding them down are completely rusted / seized.. When using a camera by yourself, quite often we have to use a “guide pipe” to be able to survey a deeper manhole
