We installed a new FW internal Inspection Chamber at this property, for a new kitchen and shower room, with three grey-water connections (no sewage). A traditional design consisting of twin-wall bricks, with a double-sealed galvanised recessed cover. The new pipe within the chamber done in Vitrified Clay. Waterproofed cement benching. Rocker joints fitted within 150mm of the outer chamber wall, along with all external pipes surrounded with 10mm Pea Shingle to building regulations and supported with cement in the vital places... Proper old-fashioned craftsmanship. Left ready for surrounding new flooring / underfloor heating to be installed.
