The 40mm waste pipe from a Utility Room at this property had been installed into Surface Water drains, leading to a Soakaway. This meant that for 14 years since the property was built, the grey water from Washing Machines had been flowing into the Soakaway (meant for Surface Water). CCTV confirmed this. We installed a new connection to the existing FW drains, with a gully to take the waste from the Utility Room.
