At this job in Worthing, the customer complained that their WC kept blocking. They had recently had a new bathroom suite fitted. A brief investigation found the cause of the problem - The flexi multikwik was “kinked” back on itself as the “builders” had installed the WC too close to the outlet.. so we moved the WC (with the customer’s approval and that they were going to box it in anyway) so that the flexi pipe was fitted correctly.. A very straight-forward job, although the customer was un-aware that the WC had been fitted like this.
