This property had a blocked 68mm uPVC RWP downpipe. We excavated and found that the “cowboy” builders had installed the 68mm pipe underground (not allowed), and had cut through the original VC pipe when a new WC was installed. They had just left it like that, causing water ingress under the property for years, every time it rained.. New uPVC joined to the VC pipe (leading to the Surface Water main - confirmed), with a flow test successful. Re-instated the surface as found.
