On arrival at this property in Brighton, all drains were blocked and overflowing. It appeared that it might be a shared issue, however it turned out that there was a hidden Inspection Chamber under the decking with a blocked interceptor trap... After lifting the decking where we thought the IC might be, we discovered a concrete slab covering an IC, which was full to the brim. It took some time to break the solid “waste” down and clear the IC fully. Flow tests successful. Cleaned and disenfected the whole area.
