This property had major issues, with the existing rear patio sloping towards the property. Every time it rained a pool of water would cover the back garden, causing damp issues within the property. We removed the old patio and re-installed and enlarged the patio area with new pavers, as well as installing Aco gullys to take the Surface Water to the existing Aco's / SW main on the road.
