This property had an uneven patio, causing water to pool. There was no drainage for surface water. We lifted the entire patio, re-laid the sub layer, and installed Aco gullies. We re-instated the patio. Then we excavated the entire lawn, rotavated and laid new top soil ready for turfing; at the owner's request.
