This job in Hove was to replace two failed Vitrified Clay gullys, due to damp ingress for many years into the basement property. This was caused by failed Vitrified Clay joints, as well as failed benching around the old VC gullys. The old concrete surface was also literally only 1/2” thick.. Fixed a leaking joint on a 1st floor RWP.
