  Did not turn up on the day. Did not call to say they could not make the job. Did not answer my phonecall to ask where they were.

  Paul contact me immediately and arranged a time to come up asap. He had a look at my tumble dryer and was able to identify all faults. I really appreciated all of pauls help and advice on what to do with my issue. I would definelty recommend him to anyone and would contact again if i need any help with repairs.
