It was a lovely experience for a change. Booked Paul because a friend had recommended his work. And appointment booked with ease, turned up when said, carried out the work. Really nice having someone come and carry out work and do as they say. Really friendly guy.

Paul was friendly and kept me updated on his expected arrival time. Service to boiler and cylinder completed in a timely manner. Explained what was being done and why. All in all a good experience and very reasonably priced.

Paul was excellent. Came to check the job, pencilled it in. He called us to check the job was still on when buying the boiler, called the day before to check times and arrived on time. Throughout the work both he and his work mate Lee were communicative, telling us what was going on, they worked cleanly and with due care and attention. Setting up Hive was no extra problem, he chatted through the work and then all the paperwork was no hassle either. Did all the work in helping set up the warranty with great experience and care. The work was excellent and every detail was completed carefully.
