Superb, First Class service & workmanship

Stepan done great work on the bathroom, finding a leak in the toilet and replacing, and re-painted the bathroom to a high standard which had previously had mould and cracking paint.

Recently had Stepan complete work on our WC and main bathroom. From quote to completion, Stepan was incredible, very knowledgeable and multi-skilled in all aspects of his work. Stepan was punctual, very organised and extremely clean. After each day, he would leave the area of work tidy and after 6 days, it was like he was never here completing a rip-out job. Stepan also went the extra mile in adding features that weren’t discussed in initial quote. Overall, very happy customers and we already discussed having Stepan back to complete work on our en-suite. Incredible workmanship from 1 person!!

Stepan was simply amazing. He is clearly a perfectionist and a master of his trade. I am extremely picky and could not find fault with any of his work. The precision and attention to detail was simply astonishing. He communicated any issues very clearly even coming up with possible solutions. In all cases the work was of an exceptional standard. I would highly recommend working with Stepan. You will not regret it. I desperately needed a new bathroom installed after removing the old one. Stepan was very quick to come see the work required and quoted a very good price which I was happy with. He installed everything nicely and was very professional. He worked extremely hard and was accommodating to any changes we made which included repositioning the sink and repositioning the radiator. I would highly recommend PSM to anyone looking for a good reliable plumber. We have asked PSM to install new radiators too at a later date.

We are extremely happy with our bathroom transformation and Stepan is amazing at what he does. From the beginning, Stepan visited our home to check out what needed to be done. He communicated effectively about the cost of the job and when he could start. On the first day of the job, Stepan removed our old bathroom and started to do a lot of the preparation work. The project was completed in a good time frame and Stepan worked extremely hard to get the job done for us. Throughout the whole project, Stepan was thoughtful and respectful of our family and home and very tidy. Thanks Stepan.
