Happy customer with very happy dogs who no longer have to make do with a cold hose down after their muddy walks. Bruce is a superstar who we highly recommend and look forward to having him back soon for the many other jobs on our to do list!

Leaking multi tap in kitchen

Will, and his dad from P Shiels arrived, looked at issue and decided we needed two new cartridges. He said he would order them and get back to us. After more than a week, I messaged him and his response was that his daughter had been ill so he had not been working. I told him that my husband and I were going away for a week and he said no problem, he would fit them after. Didn’t hear anything else from him, even though we gave him nearly three more weeks to contact us. So, now we have moved on..

Repair leak in central heating pipe work buried in the floor.

Very professional but approachable and trustworthy. I felt at ease from the moment I met them when they came to view the job prior to providing an estimate. The job was carried out satisfactorily with no fuss. I would definitely use them again should a plumbing problem arise in the future. I have already recommended them to friends and family.

Problem very quickly diagnosed, new pump and upgrade to pipe work carried out very efficiently - good advice with various options put forward - Bruce and Will were very polite and worked professionally to sort the problem, fantastic job, really happy with work, no hesitation to recommend this company.

En-suite to garage conversion plus radiator
