Work to be done was well described in advance of the job. Clear rationale for the price was given. After servicing the boiler the documentation was explained. As a custemer I felt valued.

Another excellent job by Phil. Extremely knowledgeable and professional and another brilliant job servicing the gas boiler. Gutted he will be retiring soon but enjoy no more lengthy commutes😂😂

Phil has been servicing our boiler now for 8 years and regretfully this is my first review to leave. Sorry Phil! Always super helpful, consultative and knowledgeable, both him and Stephie are always super flexible and have always completed the necessary works in a timely and efficient manner. Little things like getting christmas cards and knowing us as a family always goes a long way to the extra service. 10 out 0f 10 service and would highly recommend to anyone
