  Repairs after Bathroom Flood in Rental property

  works entailed, replacement bathroom plus ceiling and flooring to dining room below. Paul attended when he said he would and gave a fixed price for the works along with guidance on what was needed. Paul was able to start relatively quickly and dealt with our tenant directly which took the pressure off us in terms of organising access. The project was completed swiftly and to the agreed plan. Paul has kept in touch post completion to ensure that everything is good and has dealt with anything we needed promptly. Both myself and my Tenant would highly recommend Paul for flood repair works.

  Great new bathroom - Thanks Paul and team

  Paul and his team were professional and friendly from the quotation to the handover stage. We had 2 rooms knocked into 1 larger bathroom, which naturally comes with stress, questions, and curveballs. Paul's experience, communication, and workmanship were second to none. Him and Dicky both treated my home with respect, kept the house clean and tidy. Very honest and trustworthy, I left them with a key and went out each day. I would not hesitate to use PS Building again for future projects, and will recommend to friends and family. My new bathroom looks amazing! Thank you both.

  Bathroom fitting

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️HIGHLY RECOMMEND ⭐️⭐️⭐️ Paul and his team were professional from start to finish with our bathroom project. From taking the old bathroom out, fitting a new one as well as fitting new tiles, new flooring. Nothing was ever to much trouble.   Very pleased with complete tefurb

  Have used PS many times, but this was our biggest project, almost a complete rebuild of a detached property. New floors, new bathroom, new kitchen, new windows, plastering, plumbing work, new carpets & decorated throughout. The property has been completely transformed and looks superb ! PS are a great firm to deal with and Paul (the gaffer) is very helpful and skilful in his suggestions and advice. Well done, nice work !
