Pauls comms from the start were timely and professional. On the day, Harvey was polite and neat. His work was of a high standard and he explained what he needed to do (& potential work around) before he started the work. We had an issue with a faulty plug socket that caused the fuse box to trip and created a burning smell. Worried about the potential risk of fire we called Paul from PSB Electrical who came quickly and fixed the issue. Great value for money. Will be using PSB again.

Shower stopped working and needed an urgent fix. I put a request out on check a trade on Tuesday morning and Paul contacted me within about 10 mins and organised to get someone out to get it fixed the next morning. Shower was fixed in less than 24 hours. Price was fair and the work was good.

Punctual, polite and did the job with the minimum fuss. Exactly what you want really.
