The people who came over to do the work were lovely, however the person I was dealing with for scheduling, called Nathan, I had issues with, which lead to the job being cancelled. He changed the dates halfway through the job, which affected our timeline as we were having carpets installed The dates changed a second time 3 days before carpet installation, and he refused to accept that he even knew about our carpets, after I sent him screenshots with proof from previous conversations He was quite erratic and bizarre, cancelling the job 3 weeks before my baby is due leaving us in the lurchVerified reviewerJob location: BN2 - SStephen W
