  EMERGENCY external waste pipe leak

  Patrick arrived in the morning and already was aware of the property znd the problem Communication was good through wasap so we had fast replies. The external wastepipe which is shared by 3 flats was corroded and cracked water was leaking straight into the celler. Patrick replaced it with new. Work completed in timely manner. Thank you.
