Charley recently dug up my old lawn, prepared the ground and laid some artificial grass and did a great job. He was on time, good communicator, reasonably priced, and got everything done to a really good standard. I’m really happy with how it turned out and would definitely recommend him — I’d happily use him again for future projects.

Charlie did a great job of creating a permeable driveway for our vehicles. One of our main concerns was how to deal with any excess water run-off, which Charlie deal with by running a French/land drain along the edge. Charlie was reliable and punctual throughout and we're really happy with how it turned out.

Proximity have completed several projects for us, all executed very well, on time and on budget. They’ve created a beautiful brick paved seating area in the garden removing an unsightly brick pigsty, making good an old wall and designing a bbq area to make this a great outdoor room. They also relayed a brick path removing several hazardous steps making it both safe and attractive. My neighbours are all jealous! A separate project was to create a hard standing parking area in a field with a pathway to the garden, again an excellent job.

Proximity team installed ducting for EV charger installation and restored driveway payment and decorative stones. Competitively priced, showed up on time and left site looking better that how they found it. Patiently helped with solutions to installation challenges faced by Electrician. Plan to do more work with this team

Excellent craftsmen, did a superb job. Price was reasonable, not the cheapest but then you get what you pay for. I wanted peace of mind that the job was done properly as this was the second attempt. The guys were friendly and trustworthy. I'd definitely use them again.
