We were having our bathroom refitted. The ceiling had been covered with polystyrene tiles which was a fire risk. We decided to remove them. Due to the residual tile adhesive we decided to reboard and skim coat the ceiling. Dan had worked for us before. Previously he has hacked off old plaster, boarded and skimmed walls to overcome a damp ingress problem. He has also insulated, reboarded and skimmed below a bay window. He is reliable, a very tidy worker and delivers quality work. His rates are fair and we gave no hesitation in recommending him.
