From initial contact through to completion of the job Protocool were flawless. Easy to liase with, helpful in guiding us to the best option for our property and generally a pleasure to deal with. The end product has left us feeling extremely happy with the entire experience. Working in a trade, I know how important presentation and professionalism can be when working in people's homes. We have had 4 Daikin heat pump / air conditioners installed in our home. From start to finish Protocool were easy and professional to deal with. Gary, the engineer visited us to discuss our needs and consider what would work best for us to provide a quote. A few weeks later, the full installation took just 3 days. Jack W and Adam B did the installation work and they were some of the tidiest and most polite and considerate tradesman you could hope for. They left no mess and the installations were clean, not needing any cosmetic restoration around them.

We have two 3.5kW Toshiba units to cool our house, one stopped working due to a faulty circuit board. Not economical to repair so had a new unit. Protocool had fitted the original units and fitted the replacement one after four years service. Very professional company, I suspect most of their clients are companies but they have always treated us well and in this case replaced the unit within ten days. The technician, Jack W, was courteous, neat and tidy with his work and didn't complain at having to do this on one of the hottest days of the year. We are happy Protocool customers.

Our home air-conditioning units needed a service as they weren't cooling the rooms as quickly as they used to. Very impressed by the engineer that attended, Jack W, who was very thorough and professional and got everything back in working order for us. Very happy with the service, 100% recommended.

Excellent and professional installation of air conditioning in our daughter’s nursery (which gets very hot in the summer). Jack from ProtoCool did a fabulous job and their electrician Steven was great too. Would 💯 recommend ProtoCool. The pre-installation site survey was very professional as well.
