I contracted the company to install a new roof on my house and separate garage. The paperwork was efficient very easy to understand. The office always kept me updated if there were any changes to the plan schedule due mainly to the weather. The workers were tidy, worked all day no long breaks or missing hours. The house roof has a 10 year guarantee from completion date.

It was a pleasure to do business with this company.Their initial response to my enquiry was swift and they produced an estimate a day later. When the work to be done was agreed, they produced a timeline so that we knew when they would start and when their suppliers e.g. scaffolding would arrive. Work was carried out as planned and their office kept us up to date throughout. The work was done to a high standard and completed according to the original estimated cost. Their conduct was very professional and after the work was completed they cleaned up the site to a good standard.Brilliant!

We thoroughly recommend Protec Roofing. Julie has been very prompt and thorough in answering any queries with excellent contact over the phone and email. The timeline for completing the works was clear. Aaron has done an excellent job on our house. Everything was done as agreed, to the highest standard and quickly. We are very happy with the work and would choose this company again.

Would definitely have no hesitation recommending Aaron and Protec roofing. Had the facias on side of our house replaced and they were so professional throughout. Extremely reliable (including scaffolders) Julie in the office kept us updated on progress throughout and quality of work was excellent. From start to finish, communication & then working with Protec Roofing was a total joy...they carried out a Drone Survey & showed me the photos & video footage so that I could see what needed to be repaired (without anyone having to actually get up on the roof) Their Quote was very competitively priced, their MD Aaron & Office Manager Julie both communicated regularly with me prior to works starting onsite...their level of detail was very impressive, & awareness of Safety for themselves, & my Staff working nearby for the duration of the works was faultless. I could not be happier... 100%

From my first contact with this company to the finished job, the both office staff to those carrying out the work , I cannot praise them enough. Both men carrying out the roof work were polite, hardworking and went the extra mile. Communication and workmanship could not have been better.
