Work carried out to replace roof on my Victorian house. Work was carried out quickly and efficiently even in difficult weather conditions. The garden and drive were kept tidy during work and left tidy when finished. All tradesmen were polite and worked hard. Communication about what was happening was always helpful and responsive.

I expected we would have to clean up the garden after he had fixed and cleaned the gutters, but no, David left everything spotless. David is one of those trademen you wish you had found years ago, will definitely be using annually to clean out the gutters and will be my go-to person for any other roof work. David from Pro-Tec Home Improvements came round promptly and gave me a fair price for mending my leaking gutter which was gushing out water. He kept in touch with me when he could undertake the work and a few days later completed it despite inclement weather. He carried out the work quickly and efficiently and suggested I call him back if there were any problems. He was courteous and polite and I felt I could put my trust in him.
