Sam and Mark removed my massive hot air Unidare heater and replace it with 3 Dimplex Quantum storage heaters - including, the necessary rewiring, a consumer unit and thé test and certification of same. This was a job I had feared for years but they were so nice and efficient and it was all completed in super quick time . I would definitely recommend them and they have my heartfelt thanks.

Needed an electrician reasonably urgently as all the sockets in my flat went dead. Fiddled about myself with resetting the central electrical unit without joy, then contacted Checkatrade. Received a telephone call from Sam at Protech within 5 minutes, quoted for the job over the phone, said he's be at the flat within a set time, came with a colleague and isolated the source of the short-circuiting - the fridge/freezer: usually it is a major kitchen appliance that causes this fault - and even helped moving food to a second fridge/freezer Thanks, Sam Sincerely appreciated. 10 0ut of 10

Great communication, Matt and Sam were friendly, got on with the work quickly and did a great job. Was a small job to replace two old pendant lights with surface mounted LED lights and also to disconnect a hardwired undercounter frigde from the wall and replace with a wall socket. Messaged me directly about my enquiry and did the work the same day! Great service.
