We are 5 months into a 6 month build. During the build Stan has worked with us to find solutions to overcome any complications as they arose. Many of these solutions have been identified and brought to us by Stan for our consideration, to agree. Where these have occured he has been transparent as to the cost of materials and provided receipts to justify the costs. Labour is based on days work and as with many is subjective, but fair. Cleaniness has been a challenge as we are in a cul-de-sac so limited space which has issues. Good quality of work and work ethic, would recomend.

Protech have been reliable and have maintained a high level of engagement so far in the project. We have clear methods to maintain communication and ensure we are aware of developments. All work has been monitored to date by building inspector and has met and exceeded the requirements. The team have been approachable and solution focused. As with any build there are issues which arise as a result of unforeseen adaptation of the design. We are confident to raise discussion and to date we have been happy with the works carried out.

Excellent job, highly recommend

Stan and Denis were excellent at the job they carried out on our rear extension. Between them they were reliable, courteous and ready to adjust to any changes we wanted along the way. They offered a good price and a reasonable time frame and delivered close to both. When any issues came up they were both quick to respond and resolve it so that we were happy. Protech demolished our rear galley kitchen and built a full width, flat roofed extension. Sometimes we would question their finesse on the details of the build and didn't keep a tidy workspace but generally worked hard and were trustworthy

Stan and Denis did a great job, they completed all aspects of the structural work and making good. They plaster boarded and skimmed a ceiling and also were very accommodating to block up and render the existing door which I added to the works part way through. Stan was clear with communicating and I am very happy with the work. Would highly recommend.

Old Upvc porch demolition and building of new brick one. Job carried out in time and at high standard level. Site left nice and clean after job completed. Highly recommend.
