  Really great communication from start to finish, brilliant service changed a pump inside the boiler. As I am a first time home owner they helped me understand how to use the boiler, I would highly recommend ProTec boilers to anyone who asks.

  Cancelled 1st appointment with less than 24 hours notice due to having to fit a failed boiler for a senior customer, call today to cancel the rearranged appoint due to now chasing a gas leak. 2 days of holiday lost to this unreliable contractor
