I reached out to Nigel on a Sunday afternoon, owing to an emergency with my garage door which could not be closed, and needed someone to rectify the situation. It was a huge relief to find Nigel, who left attending a family meal to come and address the matter at such short notice. I highly commend Nigel for his friendly disposition, skill, and competence - will certainly reach out for any further work in future.

Protea maintainance were excellent. Very professional, transparent and hardworking. They had previously done some smaller work for me but most recently they converted my garage into a room. They managed the whole process, kept me informed along the way and were flexible to adapt to changes we needed to make along the way. I would highly recommend them. Really pleased with the works done. We were able to show Nigel the issues we had with our building (inside and out) and he was able to come up with solutions. Lack of ventilation, he installed window vents and a vent to our equipment store. Issues with gutters & drains getting blocked with leaves - coverings installed over drains. Outside we needed works done and Nigel came up with a solution. We have been really happy with all the work they have done for us. Everything is completed to a high standard and everything left tidy. We would have no hesitation in recommending him to do works.

I booked Protea Property Maintenance to carry out a list of jobs that I had, that was forever growing. Nigel carried out the following jobs for me - Decorating - three bedrooms, installed new blinds and curtain rails, replaced a couple of kitchen cupboard doors, replaced extractor fan, fitted a new kitchen tap, replaced the shower screen, gave the bathroom a face lift, to name but a few jobs. Protea/Nigel was chosen as they are not only affiliated to Checkatade but they are m
