Archie was great, got to the job fast and on time he said, gave me quote and showed me the problem

I noticed a fault and called Archie (used him last year) He came out and replaced the faulty valve and all working fine

I was made aware of a burst water pipe under boiler when water was spraying out! I rang Archie at 8.00am and he was there in 15 mins, as it was an emergency. When he arrived he turned off the mains in the road, to my relief the water stopped. He explained what part needed replacing and left to purchase the same and returned and replaced this and checked the boiler was working before he left

Archie responded to my enquiry on the same day, booked me in for a quote within days. He turned up on time, and was very polite and respectful. He gave me a very competitive price as I had also got 2 other quotes and I went with him and he booked in my boiler change for a date and time that suited me within 2 weeks of my quote. It has now been a month since my boiler has been done and I have had absolutely no problems. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Archie and his team to my friends and family and will be getting him back for other work.
