  End of tenancy cleaning

  Hire to do a clean as we were moving out of the property. Advised it would be during the movers were clearing the house, said it was fine they can work around. Arrived to the day the cleaners came, stayed for 5 minutes and left with no word only to then WhatsApp that no cleaning could be done due to the movers being there. 3 out of 7 rooms had been emptied in preparation for them coming. Called to inquire to where I was just shrugged off and never called back. Worse people to have on the most stressful of days

  After build deep clean

  We’re really impressed with Prospects services. Leanne was incredibly helpful right from the beginning, and guided us on the services we needed, especially in our bathroom and kitchen. Her communication was great, and on the day, the team arrived promptly and got on with the work. They were friendly and extremely thorough, making sure that every space was fully cleaned. By the end of the day, the house was spotless, ready for us to move into. We are very happy with the service and would happily book them in again in the future.

  Garden patio, driveway and path clean

  Wow, looks like I have a new patio, driveway and path thanks to Ken and his amazing cleaning. So professional, tidy and put everything back. Would highly recommend Ken and this company. 100% satisfaction of work and will definitely use again.

  End of tenancy clean
