  Roofing matters

  My roof had a few varied problems around it. The manager explained the problems and options as to solve them. They then carried out the work quickly and efficiently.

  Chimney cowl replacement

  Chimney cowl was fitted. Unfortunately, they used my ladder without my consent which I thought was a bit out of order. Then old cowl was then left in the garden, luckily I spotted it and called them back. Otherwise it would have been left there.

  Flat roof repair

  Good communications from the start. They were not able to come out on the first day planned but gave me plenty of notice of change and turned up the next morning at 9am. As they completed the job within a week of posting the request, I'm delighted. Work was done in a day and no additional charges. All looks excellent and everything was left spotless. Happy to recommend Sam and his team to others.
