This local firm is outstanding. I was really pleased with the extension work carried out - all work is to a very high standard and Mark and Ryan are reliable, communicative and hard working. However the brilliant customer service didn’t stop at the end of the build. One of the double glazing units was fogging and when the glazing company who supplied it were slow to replace. Mark resolved to obtain and fit a new unit - the customer service and willingness to provide a first class service is absolutely outstanding. If you want a friendly, professional, high quality service - pick Probuild!

Mark and his gang were very skilled, professional and informative all the way through the project. Nothing was too much trouble. I am totally satisfied and made up with my new back garden.

Pro Build Services completed a large rear/ side extension on our property last year. We were very happy with the finish results and everything was done to an extremely high standard. Obtained three quotations prior to the works and Pro Build were in the middle of the price range. We are so glad we went with this company after taking note of other recommendations and reviews. Mark and Ryan were always pleasant and courteous and talked us through the build from start to finish. Couple of minor issues dealt with immediately so would highly recommend this company and definitely use again.

Pro-build is a company that is run by two brothers. The Company and standard of work is excellent across all aspects in relation to the building work. If you are going to have individuals working within your home over a number of weeks - then it is important that there is an effective working relationship. Mark and Ryan are courteous, hard working and professional. They work hard across all aspects of the build - from the initial communication and planning to the completion and finishing of the build. I would highly recommend them and am very pleased with the standard of the work completed
