Wesley was recommended to me by Clarke & Watt Chartered Surveyors. I found Wesley pleasant, professional and very communicable. I was in the midst of purchasing a property where a Drainage Survey was recommended by the House Surveyor. Wesley work was prompt, a comprehensive report was was produced, with an associated Red, Amber, Green key. Wesley stated If I had any queries with the report he was happy to discuss. I received the report two days after the inspection was carried out. I would highly recommend Wesley's services, he is personable and comes across as honest and trustworthy.

Excellent service and professionalism from start to finish. Needed drain survey for build over and contacted Pro Scan Drainage who gave a very competitive quote for the job. Gave them selling agents details and they sorted everything and quickly got a detailed report with pictures. Happy customer

We had a blocked sewer drain which was concerning and had previously been unblocked 2 years ago by a different company. I called Pro Scan out for an emergency fix. Wes arrived promptly and ensured he resolved the issue and also identified and resolved the neighbouring property root cause. Will use again if needed and recommend.
