Wesley responded quickly to my request for a quote. He rang me personally and outlined his quote clearly. We booked Wesley in and he communicated with our letting agent to get a date that suits our tenant. The work was carried out quickly and efficiently. We received the report the next evening and Wesley was good enough to talk us through the report. We don't need any further drain work carried out at this time but if we did we would not hesitate to contact Wesley.

From first contact with Wes he was helpful and friendly sharing his experience with drain reports as I had no clue about them he broke it down to me in a simple way to where I could understand it. His prices are very competitive and his workmanship is top notch. He goes above and beyond for customers he don’t over charge and does work that needs to be done to a high standard. He went above and beyond on the job fixing a problem that could have been easily left but he took an extra half a day to make it right and done it properly 100% recommend.

Wesley called half an hour before arriving at the (rented) property as I requested. He found that the drain was blocked so he had to clear it before he could do the CCTV survey. This he did with no fuss. The drain was cleared quickly and the survey was done in 1/2 hour. Wes gave me the opportunity to look at the TV screen as he moved the camera so I could see the two cracks in the drain wall for myself. Ive now booked another visit in a couple of weeks to repair them. I highly recommend this company and Wesley in particular.
