Came out give us a price for tye work we was happy rang him back we went ahead he said when did we what it doing before the winter comes in came out did the work then the staff went but with everything they did they was showing me photos of before and after and during the job step by step when the job was done knocked on the door told me what they have done and advised me to have a look and rethink about the hole roof due to it will need replacing the hole roof at sometime due to it’s really bad come out had a look then give me invoice left with no problems highly recommend

The original quote was much lower than the other quote I received. The job was changed to a chimney rebuild as the contractor decided that the chimney was unstable when they started to remove the render. Given the amount of effort it eventually took to remove the chimney, I think they may have over estimated the instability. The final total was slightly more than the other quote I had received for the original job. The quality of the work done was adequate, but not exceptional.
