Will came out to sort the led flashing around our chimney and also replaced a few missing roof tiles. He was great to communicate with, very efficient and friendly. Pro Roof responded immediately to our concerns about a leaking roof just before Christmas 2024. They were out to the to check the roof straight away, identified the problem and have us really competitive quote. No fuss, no mess and kept in touch with us about everything all the way through. I was recommended Will and Pro Roof by our Electrician for a vented tile installation on our property. After giving Will a call, he came round prior to starting work to inspect the job and quote for the installation. Following the visit, he provided me with several possible options for the vents and very kindly managed to fit us in the following week to fit them into our slate roof. Since then I’ve called Will out to do a further inspection on our roof which he did the same day. Extremely happy with the service and communication provided by Pro Roof, so thank you again!
