  a complex 2 stage move from one home into storage and then from storage into a new home weeks after

  Tom and his team were the best removals I have ever used. From the first meeting Tom put my mind at ease about the move, especially the fully grown trees in huge pots that were delicate and expensive! He was calm and without me asking, explained how he would move different elements to help me feel confident in the process. The communication was excellent from start to finish. On the day the team were on time, worked tirelessly, and they were all so careful and considerate. and to top it all, great fun! Again the second move was as complex with extra garden furniture, huge planters and the trees to move again as well as a house full of boxes and furniture. Everything went extremely well, without complication or breakages. The team work so hard but so carefully and made the whole process so stress free for us. Absolutely nothing is too much trouble! I highly recommend this great team.

  Professional, efficient and affordable.

  I can't praise Tom and his team enough for their professionalism. They arrived the day before the move to do most of the pack. On the day, the vans were fully loaded in good time despite the heat and we were unloading into the new house before 2pm. I've now completed the unboxing of everything. Not a single breakage, book page creased, or vinyl damaged. Would definitely recommend them and use them again myself.

  Fantastic removal company!

  Tom and the team at Pro-Removals provided an exceptional service. From the initial visit to offer a quote to the final box being relocated, the team maintained a friendly and professional demeanour throughout. We opted for the packing service, which I highly recommend, as it significantly alleviates additional stress. On the day of the move, they arrived promptly to complete the task efficiently, adopting a pleasant and relaxed atmosphere during what can often be a stressful period. I cannot recommend Pro-Removals highly enough!

  Above & Beyond

  Wow, what a team and sorry it's late. In Aug 25, I required a man & a van to help my Son move area, as unfortunately, he'd hurt his back badly so couldn't do the move himself, as he had to start his new job. So I got on check a trader and found Pro Removals. I would recommend this company 100% for there dedication, efficiency and work ethics. I will definitely use them again, as they went above & beyond helping us, at very short notice. My Son said the guys were amazing, & got him moved in before leaving. Thank you Tom and the Team so very much , we couldn't have done it without you.

  Tom has moved me twice and both times he and his team of guys have gone over and beyond to be helpful, quick, efficient and very jolly. I would definitely recommend and use again.
