I’ve used Pro Plumb for at least 3 years now. They give excellent service, great communication and very good value for money. I have used them in emergencies and they do their upmost to help in any way they can. I’ve had a new boiler put in 3 years ago, which they service every year. I have used ProPlumb for over 17yrs! They have always managed my boiler and sorted any issue. Last yr I had trouble with a build and they came to my rescue again. They installed two entire bathrooms and a utility room and I was delighted with the result! Pro-Plumb & Sons is a family-run plumbing and heating business serving Brighton & Hove. We are fully qualified and experienced in all areas of plumbing, heating, and boiler repair.
We provide domestic plumbing and heating services, including boiler breakdowns, repairs, servicing, and full heating system installations. Our work covers everything from minor plumbing issues such as leaking taps to complete system replacements.
We are Gas Safe registered and members of Checkatrade, giving customers reassurance that all gas work is carried out safely and in accordance with current regulations.
We do not charge a call-out fee, and we operate a “No Fix, No Fee” policy for boiler breakdowns. We have a dedicated engineer specialising in boiler diagnostics and repairs, allowing issues to be identified and resolved efficiently.
Additional services include landlord gas safety inspections and boiler servicing, which includes a full 18-point inspection and clean.
