  I’ve used Pro Plumb for at least 3 years now. They give excellent service, great communication and very good value for money. I have used them in emergencies and they do their upmost to help in any way they can. I’ve had a new boiler put in 3 years ago, which they service every year. I would highly recommend Pro Plumb.

  I have used ProPlumb for over 17yrs! They have always managed my boiler and sorted any issue. Last yr I had trouble with a build and they came to my rescue again. They installed two entire bathrooms and a utility room and I was delighted with the result! There’s guys are trustworthy, kind, and will do everything they can to make your life easy.

  Excellent service

  We’ve had the Pro plumb team in to install both our bathrooms, to which they have done to a very high standard. They are always excellent to respond when we’ve needed their services, most recently when our underfloor heating, installed over 10 years ago by another plumbing company, broke down leaving us without heating. They arrived promptly and fixed the issue with speed and efficiency, leaving us without heating a warm house. I would highly recommend Pro Plumb.

  Cyrus kindly came around at quite short notice to check to see if a heating system was - which it was. As it was a ten minute visit between other jobs, he did not charge for the visit. We then arranged two appointments for gas safety certificates to be completed, which were duly done on time and with minimal fuss. Professional and trustworthy.

  Efficient, friendly and reliable

  Recently used Pro Plumb for my routine boiler service - they're always a pleasure to deal with and really efficient. It was easy to arrange an appointment, they arrived on time, and always go above and beyond, either giving advice, letting air out of radiators, or anything else needed. Have used them for a few years now for boiler services and issues - I wouldn't use anyone else. Pricing is fair and they're very reliable, which is rare these days.
