I needed a boiler installing as soon as possible as no heating or hot water. Olwyn came from Proplumb within a day and discussed all of my options and told us that the previous boiler was not safe. Olwyn promptly gave me a quote for the work and the boiler which was very reasonable. The boiler was installed within the week and everything explained how the new boiler works. The boiler was registered for us. An excellent service and fair price very professional installation. I would highly recommend.

It is unusual for me to give scores of 10 out 10, however I cannot praise Pro Plumb enough for such a really professional and thorough job. From the very first contact to final completion every step was conducted very respectfully and with amazing attention detail. Olwyn fully reassured me following the home survey and the proposed system was exactly fit for purpose. The written quotation followed instantly and detailed all the salient information perfectly. Our boiler after many years packed up, we had used ProPlumb in the past and knew already olwyn was usually very helpful, we explained the problem and next morning had an engineer out to look if it could be repaired, unfortunately we was told it wasn’t financially practical, she explained it would be weekend before they could fit a new one, this unfortunately was a problem due to family staying at weekend . She rearranged work over the afternoon and early evening and had it working Thursday and completed Friday, All l would say is above and beyond and at a good price . Definitely recommend

ProPlumb were quick to respond to all queries, and kept us well informed throughout the process. When difficulties cropped out during installation (as they inevitably do) the engineers were great at discussing the matters with us and suggesting options and solutions. There were a couple of issues with leaky pipes post installation but the engineers were quick and reliable in coming back to resolve. Overall wouldn't hesitate to recommend.
