From the very first contact he took into account the special needs of our situation. He was prompt, efficient, and clean. He went above and beyond to correct our understanding of options. He provided follow-up calls to ensure the system was working well. Two months after installation we had an error code, he came out promptly, and pointed out that it was an ironing board flicking a switch in a cupboard, and that we didn’t actually have a problem at all!
