Brian did a great job and overcame a few obstacles replacing a 70s toilet and cistern, not least swapping a couple of doors around so one would clear the pan in a small downstairs WC. He kept me I formed of the issues and did a great job, leaving the work area clean and tidy. Called out to fix dripping shower. Showed up as arranged and was courteous. Replaced cartridge, however started to drip again. Replacement cartridge ordered.
