  Remove, supply & fit a new WC

  Brian did a great job and overcame a few obstacles replacing a 70s toilet and cistern, not least swapping a couple of doors around so one would clear the pan in a small downstairs WC. He kept me I formed of the issues and did a great job, leaving the work area clean and tidy. Brian is an asset to the company and I'm extremely pleased with his work.

  Fixed dripping shower

  Called out to fix dripping shower. Showed up as arranged and was courteous. Replaced cartridge, however started to drip again. Replacement cartridge ordered. Replaced earlier than anticipated and no charge. Would definitely use again and recommend.

  Really impressed with the workmanship and demeanour of Brian. Really nice gent - Really polite and friendly. Work done was top notch and was left spotless when finished. Came back to fix a crack in the bath also which was very very much appreciated. Couldn't recommend enough and will be contacting again for any future work.
