Had used them before with no issue, but after asking them to carry out a boiler replacement for my 88 year old Mum we have been left with no Gas Certificate, no invoice and a thermostat that still needs to be installed as apparently the original one isn't compatible with the new boiler. Have left countless text messages, WhatsApp and voicemail messages but zero response. As it stands we are unsure if the boiler is safe and cannot adjust the temperature. Terrible situation to leave an elderly person in in my opinion and would not use or recommend again.

Quick attendance, very quick job, left it clean and tidy, reasonable price

Darren the engineer visited and did an amazing job. The water entry on the new unit was on the opposite side, and I genuinely didn’t think it would be possible — but he sorted it without any issues. Excellent plumber, very reasonable prices, and highly recommended.
